We're also excited to announce our partnership with the Transportation Insight (TI) and Nolan Transportation Group (NTG) family.  Our FreightPros office remains in Austin, TX, while we collaborate with TI and NTG to grow our LTL platform and enhance our service offerings.  All new jobs will be posted on NTG's website, as well as through the "Open Positions" links below.

Open Positions

Solutions Specialist

This is an entry-level customer service role.  You'll gain expertise in a wide variety of business functions in this customer service role.  You'll interact with customers and carriers by phone and by email and learn to multi-task while staying organized.  This fast-paced role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

 

Billing Specialist

This entry-level billing support role is a high-volume, fast-paced role that involves auditing invoices and communicating rate discrepancies with our customers, in addition to running other audits and support functions to help our business run smoothly.

 

Inbound Sales Executive

For this entry-level sales role, we're looking for motivated, hardworking, sales-minded people who get fired up about new sales opportunities.  Thick skin is a must!  (Bonus: no cold-calling involved!  All of our leads come to us!)

 

Account Manager

This is a mid-level role that combines sales and account management, and requires 2+ years of LTL experience in either account management, sales or customer service.  Come help our sales team close new business, walk new customers through our onboarding process, and increase retention by forming excellent relationships with larger-sized customers.
